Elderflower Womenspirit Scholarships
In order to be inclusive to as many women as possible, a number of partial scholarships are available.
Scholarship requirements
- Choose between a printed and mailed, or an online application form.
- You need to have completed and submitted a registration form.
- You need to have made a deposit of $175.00.
- Your form must be submitted online or arrive by mail by July 15th.
- Online Payments via PayPal are available.
- We do not bill you. You are responsible for sending in the final payment to arrive by August 5, 2026.

To be considered, your application must be submitted by June 30. And you must have already submitted your registration form and made a downpayment.
After you apply
Prior to granting a request for scholarship, a representative of the Core Council will contact you to discuss possible options for making the festival affordable for you.
Although the Core Council usually meets only once per month, we will try to read and respond to your scholarship application in a timely manner.
We understand how hard it is to set aside money for this kind of expense and so we’ve tried to make it easy for everyone to make regular smaller payments using an online payment service. You can submit your application now and make incremental payments to meet the minimum downpayment by the mid-July deadline.
Refund Policy
If you are not granted a scholarship, and can therefore not attend the festival, your full deposit will be refunded.
